Hi Nancy: There is no evidence that vitamins, minerals or any form of dietary supplement is of any use in hastening the recovery from GBS. In fact, some supplements, specifically vitamin B6 and zince, have been shown to cause nerve damage if taken in high doses or for long periods of time. A normal healthy diet contains everything that you need so you do not need to waste your money on the many products that have flooded the market with a complete lack of any evidence of benefit.
