The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held on Saturday 2nd May 2026 at the Akau Sport Centre in Kemp Street Kilbirnie Wellington at 1400hrs. The venue has ample carparking and disability access facilities and an on-site Café.
A Zoom arrangement will be set up to enable members unable to join in person to contribute to the meeting. Formal Notice of the meeting, the Agenda and Proxy arrangements will be circulated to all members early April.
